FAILURE TO KEEP RECORDS

Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 551, Sec. 1, eff

(a) An owner of a motor vehicle commits an offense if the owner fails to make and retain complete records for the four-year period required by Section 334.110.

(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $500.
