DEFINITIONS

Known as the Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District Act

The act spans §§ 344.001 to 344.302 (60 sections).

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of a district.

(2) "Director" means a member of a board.

(3) "District" means a fire control, prevention, and emergency medical services district created under this chapter.
