DISSOLUTION OF TEMPORARY BOARD
Known as the Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District Act

If a district has not been created under this chapter before the fifth anniversary of the date a district is first proposed by the governing body or mayor, as appropriate, under Section 344.051:
(1) the temporary board is dissolved on that date; and
(2) the proposed district may not be created under this chapter.
