VOTING REQUIREMENT

Known as the Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District Act

A concurrence of a majority of the members of the board is necessary in matters relating to the business of a district. A two-thirds majority vote of the board is required to reject any application for funding available under this chapter.
