DEFINITIONS

Known as the Crime Control and Prevention District Act

The act spans §§ 363.001 to 363.302 (65 sections).

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of a district.

(2) "Director" means a member of a board.

(3) "District" means a crime control and prevention district created under this chapter.
