ELECTION CONTEST

Known as the Crime Control and Prevention District Act

The act spans §§ 363.001 to 363.302 (65 sections).

Not later than the 30th day after the date the result of a referendum is declared, any qualified voter of the district may contest the election by filing a petition in a district court located in the district.
