TRANSFER FROM GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES; FORGIVING OUTSTANDING TAXES

(a) A governmental entity may transfer land to a trust without competitive bidding.

(b) A taxing unit may forgive outstanding taxes and fees on property transferred under this section if otherwise allowed by law.
