DEFINITIONS

Known as the Better Jobs Act

The act spans §§ 379A.001 to 379A.083 (22 sections).

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of a municipal development corporation.

(2) "Corporation" means a municipal development corporation created under this chapter.
