APPLICABILITY OF OPEN MEETINGS AND OPEN RECORDS LAWS

Known as the Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act

The act spans §§ 394.001 to 394.907 (48 sections).

Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 208 (H.B. 21), Sec. 2, eff

(a) Chapter 551, Government Code, applies to actions and proceedings under this chapter.

(b) Chapter 552, Government Code, applies to all records of a housing finance corporation.
