AUTHORITY TO HOLD AND DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff

The municipality may hold and dispose of:

(1) personal property; and

(2) real property located within the municipal boundaries.
