PLACE FOR HOLDING TERMS OF COURTS IN NEW COUNTY BEFORE COUNTY SEAT IS DESIGNATED

Until the county seat of a new county is established, the terms of the district, county, and commissioners courts of the county shall be held at the place designated by the commissioners court.
