DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the Prescribed Burning Board.

(2) "Department" means the Department of Agriculture.

(3) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1096 (H.B. 2053), Sec. 6, eff. September 1, 2019.
