OFFICERS

(a) The governor shall designate one board member as presiding officer to serve in that capacity at the pleasure of the governor.

(b) The board annually shall elect from its members an assistant presiding officer.

(c) The board shall appoint a secretary-treasurer of the board to serve at the pleasure of the board.

(d) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 285, Sec. 31(41).
