DENIAL OF LICENSE

Known as the The Real Estate License Act

The act spans §§ 1101–1101 (164 sections).

(a) The commission shall immediately give written notice to the applicant of the commission's denial of a license.

(b) A person whose license application is denied under this section is entitled to a hearing under Section 1101.657.
