OFFICERS; EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Known as the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Act

Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff

(a) The governor shall designate a board member who is an appraiser to serve as presiding officer of the board.

(b) At a regular meeting in February of each year, the board shall elect from its members an assistant presiding officer and a secretary.

(c) The presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary constitute the executive committee.
