MOTION FOR REHEARING

Known as the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Act

The act spans §§ 1103.001 to 1103.5545 (117 sections).

Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff

(a) A party may file a motion for rehearing with the board. The motion must state:

(1) the specific grounds for rehearing; and

(2) the relief sought.

(b) A motion for rehearing filed under this section is governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code.
