LICENSE FEES
Known as the Texas Manufactured Housing Standards Act
The act spans §§ 1201–1201 (149 sections).
Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff
(a) The board shall establish fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses for:
(1) manufacturers;
(2) retailers;
(3) brokers;
(4) salespersons; and
(5) installers.
(b) The board by rule may establish a fee for reprinting a license issued under this chapter.
