REQUIRED SUSPENSION OF LICENSE OF INCARCERATED PHYSICIAN

Known as the Medical Practice Act

Regardless of the offense, the board shall suspend the license of a physician serving a prison term in a state or federal penitentiary during the term of the incarceration.
