PAYMENT LIMITS

(a) The department may not pay a single aggrieved party more than $15,000 for all claims arising from a single auction.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 626 (H.B. 4416), Sec. 26(9), eff. September 1, 2023.

(c) The total payment of claims against a single auctioneer arising from a single auction may not exceed $100,000.
