TERMS OF LICENSE OR REGISTRATION; NONASSIGNABILITY

Known as the Texas Asbestos Health Protection Act

(a) The terms of a license or registration are subject to amendment or modification by a rule adopted or order issued under this chapter.

(b) A license or registration may not be assigned to another person.
