FORM AND CONTENTS OF LICENSE
Known as the Bingo Enabling Act
The act spans §§ 2001–2001 (152 sections).

A license to conduct bingo must include:
(1) the name and address of the license holder;
(2) the name and address of the bingo chairperson of the license holder under whom the bingo will be conducted; and
(3) the address of the premises where and the time when bingo is to be conducted.
