RECOMPUTATION OF PRIZE FEE

Known as the Bingo Enabling Act

If the commission is not satisfied with a report of the fee on prizes or the amount of the fee on prizes required to be remitted under this chapter to the state by a person, the commission may compute and determine the amount required to be paid on the basis of:

(1) the facts contained in the report of the fee on prizes or report of receipts and expenses; or

(2) any information possessed by the commission or that may come into the possession of the commission, without regard to the period covered by the information.
