MONITORING LICENSE HOLDER

Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff

The board by rule shall develop a system for monitoring compliance with the requirements of this chapter of a license holder who is the subject of disciplinary action. Rules adopted under this section must include procedures to:

(1) monitor for compliance a license holder who is ordered by the board to perform certain acts; and

(2) identify and monitor each license holder who is the subject of disciplinary action and who presents a continuing threat to the public welfare through the practice of chiropractic.
