REEXAMINATION IF LICENSE SUSPENDED OR REVOKED

Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff

The department may refuse to reinstate a license or to issue a new license until a podiatrist has passed the regular license examination if the commission or executive director suspended or revoked the license for:

(1) failure to satisfy continuing education requirements; or

(2) nonpayment of the license renewal fee.
