(a) The commission shall cooperate with a district attorney, a criminal district attorney, a county attorney, the Department of Public Safety, the attorney general, or a peace officer in enforcing this subtitle.
(b) The commission, under commission authority to obtain criminal history record information under Section 2023.057, shall maintain and exchange pertinent intelligence data with other states and agencies.
