IMPERSONATING LICENSE HOLDER

(a) A person commits an offense if the person impersonates a license holder with the intent to induce another person to submit to the actor's purported authority as a license holder or to rely on the actor's actions as an alleged license holder.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
