USE OF TECHNOLOGY

Known as the Physician Assistant Licensing Act

Subject to the advice and approval of the medical board, the physician assistant board shall implement a policy requiring the physician assistant board to use appropriate technological solutions to improve the physician assistant board's ability to perform its functions. The policy must ensure that the public is able to interact with the board on the Internet.
