HEALTH CARE ENTITY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Known as the Physician Assistant Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 204–204 (77 sections).

On the written request of a health care entity, the physician assistant board shall provide to the entity:

(1) information about a complaint filed against a license holder that was resolved after investigation by:

(A) a disciplinary order of the board; or

(B) an agreed settlement; and

(2) the basis of and current status of any complaint under active investigation.
