FAILURE TO PAY ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY

(a) If an athlete agent fails to pay the administrative penalty and does not request a hearing as provided by Section 2051.453, the secretary of state may revoke the agent's certificate of registration, refuse to renew the agent's certificate of registration, or refuse to issue a certificate of registration to the agent.

(b) If, after a hearing, an athlete agent fails to pay the administrative penalty as required by Section 2051.454, the secretary of state may revoke the agent's certificate of registration, refuse to renew the agent's certificate of registration, or refuse to issue a certificate of registration to the agent.
