(a) The comptroller shall prepare information of consumer interest describing the regulatory functions of the comptroller relating to coin-operated machines and the procedures by which complaints are filed with and resolved by the comptroller.
(b) The comptroller shall make the information available to the public and to appropriate state agencies.
