Known as the Texas Used Automotive Parts Recycling Act

The act spans §§ 2309.001 to 2309.402 (40 sections).

(a) The commission shall adopt rules for licensing used automotive parts recyclers.

(b) The commission by rule shall adopt standards of conduct for license holders under this chapter.
