PHYSICIANS

Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff

(a) This chapter does not prevent or restrict a physician from engaging in the practice of medicine in this state.

(b) This chapter does not restrict a licensed physician from personally conducting a speech or hearing test or evaluation.
