ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AFTER DENIAL; REISSUANCE OF LICENSE

Known as the Occupational Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 454.001–454.355 (61 sections).

On application by the person, the board may issue a license to a person whose license has been denied or reissue a license to a person who has been disciplined by the board. The application:

(1) may not be made before the 180th day after the date the denial or discipline order became final; and

(2) must be made in the manner and form the board requires.
