RENEWAL OF LICENSE

Known as the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Act

The act spans §§ 502–502 (32 sections).

(a) A license issued under this chapter is subject to biennial renewal. The executive council shall adopt a system under which licenses expire on various dates during the year.
