ISSUANCE OF LICENSE
Known as the Behavior Analyst Licensing Act

The department shall issue a license as a licensed behavior analyst or a licensed assistant behavior analyst, as appropriate, to an applicant who:
(1) complies with the requirements of this chapter;
(2) meets any additional requirements the commission establishes by rule; and
(3) pays the required fees.
