GRADING OF EXAMINATION
Known as the Texas Pharmacy Act
The act spans §§ 551–569 (265 sections).

(a) The board may employ and cooperate with an organization or consultant in grading the examination.
(b) The board shall determine whether an applicant has passed the examination. The board has sole discretion and responsibility for that determination.
