DISCIPLINE OF NONRESIDENT PHARMACY; NOTICE TO RESIDENT STATE

Known as the Texas Pharmacy Act

The board shall give notice of a disciplinary action by the board against a license holder located in another state to the regulatory or licensing agency of the state in which the pharmacy is located.
