(a) Except as provided by Chapter 564, a disciplinary action taken by the board on the basis of a ground for discipline under Subchapter A is governed by Chapter 2001, Government Code, and the rules of practice and procedure before the board.
(b) A final decision of the board under this chapter is subject to judicial review under Chapter 2001, Government Code.
