NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Known as the Texas Pharmacy Act
The act spans §§ 551.001 to 569.006 (265 sections).

(a) If the board by order determines that a violation occurred and imposes an administrative penalty, the board shall give notice of the board's order to the person found to have committed the violation.
(b) The notice must include a statement of the person's right to judicial review of the order.
