PERSON SUPERVISED BY PRACTITIONER
Known as the Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Act
The act spans §§ 601–601 (90 sections).

A person is not required to hold a certificate issued under this chapter to perform a radiologic procedure if:
(1) the person performs the procedure under the instruction or direction of a practitioner; and
(2) the person and the practitioner comply with rules adopted under Section 601.252.
