Known as the Licensed Perfusionists Act

The act spans §§ 603–603 (72 sections).

In this chapter:

(1) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 2.197(15), eff. September 1, 2015.

(2) "Advisory committee" means the Perfusionist Licensure Advisory Committee.

(3) "Medical board" means the Texas Medical Board.
