(a) This chapter does not affect the authority of the Texas Department of Banking to enforce Chapter 154, Finance Code, or to regulate perpetual care cemeteries.
(b) The authority of the commission under Chapter 154, Finance Code, is limited to:
(1) imposing an administrative penalty;
(2) issuing a reprimand; or
(3) suspending, revoking, or probating a license issued by the commission.
