(a) The commission may require a funeral establishment that has solid waste disposal and sanitation facilities that have not been inspected by the Texas Department of Health to obtain inspection of those facilities by an entity other than the Texas Department of Health.
(b) The commission by rule shall establish procedures for an inspection required under this section.
