DEFINITIONS

Known as the Veterinary Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 801.001 to 801.604 (143 sections).

In this subchapter:

(1) "Commission" means the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation.

(2) "Department" means the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
