Known as the Broker's and Appraiser's Lien on Commercial Real Estate Act

Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1571, Sec. 1, eff
(a) If a lien is fixed or is attempted to be fixed by a recorded instrument under this chapter, any person may file a bond to indemnify against the lien.
(b) The bond shall be filed with the county clerk of the county in which the commercial real estate subject to the lien is located.
