Tex. Prop. Code § 67.015

The provisions of this chapter and the rights granted under this chapter are intended to be cumulative with all other rights an interest owner may otherwise have at law or in equity, including the right of any interest owner to maintain a personal action to recover the debt against any person liable for payment of the sales price of the oil or gas.
