CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS BY TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

(a) The department may contract with the Texas Transportation Commission for the construction and paving of roads in and adjacent to state parks.

(b) Agreements under this section must be made in conformity with the Interagency Cooperation Act.
