APPLICATION FOR LICENSE

Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff

(a) Any person may apply to the department for a private bird hunting area license.

(b) The application for a private bird hunting area license must be on a form supplied by the department and must include:

(1) the name and address of the applicant;

(2) the total number of contiguous acres to be licensed;

(3) the name and general location of the property; and

(4) the species of pen-reared birds to be hunted.
