Tex. Parks & Wild. Code § 83.003

The department shall establish and conduct cooperative wildlife-restoration projects under an Act of Congress entitled "An Act to provide that the United States shall aid the States in wildlife-restoration projects, and for other purposes" (Public Law No. 415, 75th Congress). The department shall comply with the act and rules and regulations promulgated under the act by the United States secretary of the interior.
