ASSISTANT DISTRICT ADMINISTRATORS

Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff

(a) The district administrator may appoint one or more qualified persons as assistant district administrators for the district.

(b) An assistant district administrator:

(1) serves at the will of the district administrator; and

(2) is entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
